The Intercollegiate Horse Show Association asked Party Land Wayne to create a balloon arch so show winners would have a great place to take pictures at the Radisson Hotel Valley Forge. The show's 1st, 2nd and 3rd place ribbons use blue, red and yellow colors respectively.

The Intercollegiate Horse Show Association President was thrilled with the arch and the entire presentation.
